ITOKIN Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Group”) recognize the importance of customers' personal information, comply with laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information, and have* established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) and will make every effort to thoroughly protect the personal information of our customers.

(1) 個人情報の定義

当社グループにおける「個人情報」とは、個人に関する情報であって、お客様を識別できる情報をいい、本保護方針に基づき当社グループが収集する以下の情報を意味するものとします。

1. 当社グループが提供するサービスを利用するために、またはサービスの利用を通じてお客様からご提供いただく次の情報

   ・氏名、生年月日、性別など、プロフィールに関する情報
   ・メールアドレス、電話番号、住所など、連絡先に関する情報
   ・銀行口座情報など、決済手段に関する情報

2. 当社グループが提供するサービスの利用にあたり、事前のアナウンスに応じてSNS等の外部サービスとの連携を許可された場合、その許可の際にご同意いただいた内容によって、当該外部サービスから提供される次の情報

   ・当該外部サービスでお客様が利用するID
   ・その他当該外部サービスのプライバシー設定によりお客様が連携先に当社グループへの開示を認めた情報
   

3. お客様が、当社グループが提供するサービスを利用するにあたり、サービス向上のために当社グループが収集する次の情報

   ・サーバーアクセスログに関する情報
   ・Cookie、その他の識別子

(1) Definition of personal information

In the Group, ‘personal information’ means information relating to an individual and capable of identifying our specific customer, and shall mean the following information collected by the Group in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. The following information provided by customers in order to use the services provided by the Group or through the use of the services
   - Profile information such as name, date of birth and gender
   - Contact information such as email address, telephone number and address
   - Payment method information such as bank account information
   

2. When using the services provided by the Group, and given permission to link with external services such as SNS in response to a prior announcement, the following information provided by the external service in accordance with what you agreed to when given your permission:
   - D used in the external service
   - Other information that the customer has authorized the linked party to disclose to the Group in accordance with the privacy settings of the relevant external service.
   

3. The following information collected by the Group when customers use the services provided by the Group to improve the services

   - Cookies and other identifiers

Cookieとは、お客様がサイトを利用された際に、お客様の利用履歴等をコンピュータ内にファイルとして記録保存する仕組みをいいます。
当社グループが運営するWebサービス・サイト（以下「サイト」といいます。）では、一部のコンテンツにおいて情報の収集にCookieを使用しており、サイト上での効果的な広告や行動分析のためにこれらを利用させていただいております。ただし、記録される情報には、お客様の氏名やメールアドレスなど、個人を特定するものは一切含まれておりません。

1. 当社グループが提供するブランド、商品、各種サービスのご案内
2. キャンペーン、優待等の各種イベント、店舗情報に関するご案内
3. サイトにおける商品受注、発送、代金請求、代金決済
4. 返品に伴う返金決済、アフターサービス対応
5. メールマガジンの送信
6. ポイントサービス等、電子サービスの提供
7. ＳＮＳ等の外部サービスと連携した販売サービスの実施
8. 各種お問い合わせへの応答
9. 各種サービス運用上のお知らせやご案内
10. 取得した個人情報をもとに仮名加工情報を作成し、当社グループが提供するサービスの改善、および新サービスの開発

(2) Purpose of use

When acquiring personal information, the Group shall clearly state or notify in advance the items of personal information to be acquired and the purpose of its use, and shall not acquire personal information in excess of the items acquired or use personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. The purposes of use of personal information acquired are as follows.

1. Information on brands, products and various services provided by the Group
   
2. Information on various events such as campaigns and special offers and shop information
   
3. Information on product orders, delivery, billing and payment settlement on the website
   
4. Refund settlement for returned goods and after-sales service
   
5. Sending email newsletters
   
6. Provision of electronic services such as point services

10. Creation of pseudonymised information based on personal information obtained, improvement of services provided by the Group and development of new services

(3) 個人情報の間接的取得

当社グループでは、(1)２．のほか、以下に掲げる場合を除き、間接的にお客様の個人情報を取得することはいたしません。

1. 当グループが実施する紹介キャンペーン等において、ご紹介者様からお客様の個人情報の提供を受ける場合
2. 事前にお客様の同意を得ている第三者より、お客様の個人情報の提供を受ける場合

(3) Indirect acquisition of personal data

In addition to above (1)2., the Group does not acquire personal information of customers indirectly, except in the following cases.

1. Where the Group receives personal information about a customer from an introducer in a referral campaign, etc. conducted by the Group
   
2. When receiving personal information about a customer from a third party who has obtained the customer's prior consent

(4) 個人情報の管理

当社グループでは、お客様から収集させていただいた個人情報の外部への漏洩、滅失又は毀損の防止および是正に関して、必要かつ適切な安全管理を行い、また継続的な改善に努めてまいります。

(4) Management of personal information

The Group is committed to the necessary and appropriate security management and continuous improvement with regard to the prevention and correction of external leakage, loss or damage of personal information collected from customers.

(5) 第三者提供

当社グループでは、お客様より取得した個人情報につきましては、以下に掲げる場合を除き、第三者（日本国外にある者を含みます。）に提供することはいたしません。

1. お客様より事前の同意をいただいた場合
2. 当社グループが利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合
3. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ユーザーの同意を得ることによって当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
4. その他、個人情報の保護に関する法律、その他の法令で認められる場合
5. 人の生命や身体、財産の保護のため、また、お客様または当社グループの権利保護のため、当社グループが必要であると判断した場合

(5) Provision to third parties

The Group will not provide personal information acquired from customers, to third parties (including those located outside Japan), except in the following cases.

1. Where the customer has given prior consent
   
2. Where the Group outsources all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use
   
3. Where it is necessary to cooperate with a state body, a local authority or a person or body entrusted by one in carrying out the affairs prescribed by law, and where obtaining the consent of the user could interfere with the carrying out of such affairs
   
4. Other cases where it is permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations
   
5. Where the Group deems it necessary to do so for the protection of human life, body and/or property, or for the protection of the rights of customers or the Group.

(6) 共同利用

当社グループでは、第２項の利用目的の範囲内で、お客様より取得した個人情報を共同利用する場合があります。

　氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、生年月日、購入履歴等

(6) Shared use

The Group may share personal information acquired from customers within the scope of the purposes of use described in above (2).

Items of personal information to be shared:
Name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, purchase history, etc.

(7) 個人情報の開示

当社グループは、お客様から個人情報の開示を求められたときは、お客様ご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、遅滞なく対応をさせていただきます。但し、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の法令により、当社グループが開示の義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。
なお、個人情報の開示等につきましては、ご請求の開示方法により送料等ならびに手数料を頂戴しておりますので、あらかじめ御了承ください。

(7) Disclosure of personal information

If the Group receives a request from a customer for disclosure of personal information, the Group will respond to the request without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer oneself. However, this does not apply to cases where the Group is not obliged to disclose the information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.
Please note that the disclosure of personal information will be subject to shipping and handling charges depending on the method of disclosure requested.

(8) 個人情報の訂正及び利用停止等

当社グループは、お客様から個人情報の訂正・削除、提供の拒否、利用の停止等を求められたときは、お客様ご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、遅滞なく必要な調査をおこない、その結果に基づき訂正・削除、提供の拒否、利用の停止等の対応をいたします。なお、訂正・削除または利用停止を行わない旨の決定をしたときは、お客様に対しその旨を通知させていただきます。

(8) Correction and suspension of use of personal information

When a customer requests the correction, deletion, refusal to provide or suspension of use of personal information, the Group will, after confirming that the request is made by the customer oneself, carry out the necessary investigation without delay and, based on the results, take action such as correction, deletion, refusal to provide or suspension of use. If a decision is made not to correct, delete or suspend the use of the data, the customer will be notified to that effect.

(9) 本保護方針の変更の手続き

当社グループでは今後も個人情報保護に万全を期すべく、以上の方針を実務の動向を踏まえつつ、適宜改定を実施してまいります。
なお、本保護方針を変更する場合は、当グループが別途定める場合を除き、当サイトに掲載した時から効力を生じるものとします。

(9) Procedures for changes to this Privacy Policy

In order to ensure that the Group continues to protect personal information in the future, this Privacy Policy will be revised from time to time, considering trends in practice. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective from the time they are posted on this Website, unless otherwise specified by the Group.
